This annual event celebrates Wolfgang's birthday by honoring the Towson Courthouse Garden with a much needed maintenance (weeding, trash removal, etc.) of the perennial beds. Everyone is invited to volunteer. You can meet Wolfgang, and at noon refreshments are served to celebrate Wolfgang's Birthday.
